About the owners...

Hello All, I am Naiche (Nah-chay) but I am commonly known as "Nacho" or "The Nachoman". My name is Native American and my heritage is Spanish-Mexican-American. I bring a Hispanic flair to my cooking with spice and specialty menu items!

My parents and grandparents are Colorado Natives, as am I! I'm proud to have served in the United States Navy and traveled extensively over seas. I was fortunate enough to meet, a beautiful woman while abroad, who is now my wife of 19 years!

I have 3 young men as my sons who will someday (hopefully) follow in my footsteps? HA HA! We also, are very proud of our Arpahoe Warrior that just graduated and has enlisted in the United States Coast Guard!

We love making people happy and seeing the reaction to eating wonderful homemade, fresh, and unlike any others food!! Visit us, you will become family!

A little background...

~ In 1997 my family and I opened a hot wing sports bar in Grand Junction, Colorado. After much success, but different life paths, my family agreed to sell the restaurant in 2003 and move to the Front Range. The original location is still running strong today and they even added a second location.

As the years have gone by, I have had fortunate opportunities that have allowed me to further enhance my skills as a cook, a wing master and BBQ smoker pro! I enjoy crafting new dry rubs and making our own sauces! I have always wanted to re-establish a new business for myself and now is that time; thus The Wing Guys were born!
